It also provides oxygen to your body while eliminating pollutants. It is said to help with physiological healing. Pranayama, according to scientific studies, can help your health in a variety of ways. Pranayama calms the nervous system and helps improve your stress response and, lessens anxiety. Pranayama improves the quality of your sleep and may also reduce snoring and daytime sleepiness.

You must be conscious of your breathing and how it feels during Pranayama. You also work on concentrating on the current moment rather than the past or future. It’s called mindfulness, for which Pranayama is known.
